Before The Clean

What should I do to prepare for the cleaning?

If you have any dogs, we kindly ask you to put them away during the service. While we are pet friendly, we like to minimize the number of distractions so we can focus on the cleaning! 

If you would like us to clean behind any appliances, please have them moved beforehand. This also applies to any large pieces of furniture.

Apart from that, there is nothing to else to do! Just sit back and let the cleaners take care of everything!

Do you service my area?

We service Denver and its surrounding cities. Zip codes we service are:

80110, 80113, 80202, 80203, 80204, 80205, 80206, 80207, 80209, 80210, 80211, 80212, 80214, 80216, 80218, 80219, 80220, 80222, 80223, 80224, and 80246. 
Are you pet friendly?

We love pets! However, we do ask that dogs are put away in separate room or in a crate while the cleaning is being done to minimize distractions. 

What does your hourly rate include?
The hourly rate includes 2 cleaners and all the necessary cleaning supplies necessary.
What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept card, cash, or check. Please keep in mind, however, that a credit card on file is necessary to book a reservation. This is so we can enforce a cancellation fee if a client cancels within 24 hours of their service. 

Do I need to be there at the time of cleaning?

It is not necessary for the customer to be at the property during the time of the service so long as you provide a way for the cleaners to get inside. 

Can I trust your cleaners?

Absolutely! Each and every one of our cleaners undergo a background check and training when first hired. Our cleaners are employees, never subcontracted, and are bonded and insured. 

Do the cleaners bring their own supplies?

Our cleaners come prepared with all the necessary equipment for your cleaning service! They will be bringing the cleaning supplies as well as equipment such as vacuum, broom, and mop. If you would rather they use your own cleaning supplies or equipment, let us know! 

The Cleaning Service

Can I make changes to my cleaning services?
Absolutely! At Denver Cleaning Service Company we understand that no home is the same. Our cleaning services are completely customizable to the customer. Just let us if you’d like something different from our default services, and we’ll get that updated for you.
Do you use green products?

By default, a mix of green and non-green products are used for our cleanings; however, you may request green products only at the time of booking. We aim to give the customer as many options as possible to perfectly customize our services to their needs! 

Do you offer move in/move out cleaning services?
Yes, we specialize in deep cleaning services for clients looking to move.
Are there any extra fees or hidden fees?

All pricing is based on our hourly rate and there is no other additional fee. If you requested additional services, the time spent completing those services gets added onto the total time. Simple and easy!

Do you clean inside of appliances?

A cleaning of the inside of the microwave is included for both the light and deep cleaning services. A deep cleaning also includes a cleaning of the refrigerator, dishwasher, and oven. Click here to view our cleaning checklist. 

Do you do move in/out cleaning?

Absolutely! On top of our other cleaning services, DCSC can clean your home for any upcoming relocation. In addition to the regular services, this cleaning will also include cleaning of the inside of the refrigerator and cabinets. To learn more about this type of service, click here.

What if I don't need my whole home cleaned?

Not a problem! As we charge based on the time the cleaners are there, any rooms not cleaned will mean a lesser time spent cleaning. 

After The Clean

How does your 100% guarantee work?

If you are not happy with your service for whatever reason, simply contact us within 24 hours of your cleaning service, and we will send out a different crew to make sure everything looks spotless! A refund will not be considered if a re-clean is denied. Please note that if you are there during the time of the cleaning, a walkthrough should be done after the cleaning is finished. How does payment work?

When you first with us, we will ask for your credit card information to set up the cleaning reservation. This will be the same form of payment that will be used for your cleaning service unless you give us another card to use or would rather pay with cash or check. Your card is not charged until the end of the service.
